Which plants can grow with this bulb ?

Hi guys, I recently bought a Led Bulb (spot) full spectrum (6500K ; 500 Lumes ; 7W) for a tank of 40L. I think I will be a lot limited with this light but I wanna try to create a aquascape "low light". So I'm looking for your help which plants do you think can grow with this light ? Have you some suggestion of a style that I can try ?

Its in the 6500k which most agree is best for plants but is it nice to look at when lit? Try Java ferns, Anubias most mosses are plants in the low light cateogry to start
