Its a pity the drawings are so dark.

I think #3 has the best possibilities.

Keith: Just my personal opinion but, #3 is kind of boring and the wood doesn't really point anywhere but out.
Glomeridae: Thanks! I was experimenting with some set aquascaping rules, and also using the smaller rocks to point back to the main rock, creating a circular movement. (same with #12, but with driftwood)

Personally, I like #1 the most. Any ideas of what I might change with that one?
 
Hi!

For the first one, I woud add a red plant in the back, at the feet of the driftwood or a higher green plant behind the which one you have drawn. =)

Here are two excellent Aquascapes using a centre piece as DW.

I think #3 has the best possibilities
, this what I was referring too, you have to think along way ahead and have in your mind what it will look like when finished.
