These fish are absolutly amazing thank you for the photos.
How do these fish do in community fish tanks. If i was to devote a tank specificly to these fish could i house around six or more depending on the tank size and would it be reccomend to have two or three females to each male

The fish are amazing, such colours..

Saw a pair of Nothobranchius rachovii selling on ADC for £12, may buy a couple to try them out. How long do they last? Are they a yearly fish?

Will need to research them properly, but is may be a good fish to have on a 40cm cube.

Have your photos ever been published in books or magazines?

Yes, You may see sometimes my Photos in many special Aqua-Magazines, Bulletins, Calendars, Aqualogs...
Lately, here is how looks the cover of June issue of TFH Magazine with my Nothobranchius rachovii Beira photo:

And there are few Killifish shots of mine also at the May issue of PFK Magazine:

"Community fish tank"... sounds too fairly relatively? Yes, better devote a tank specifically to Killifishes!
Depending on every Killifish specimen - the criteria for keeping them between and with another specimens is different!
Also, it's very important would you like especially to breed them or just keeping for pleasure...!?
So, please, specify your intention/question for concretely Killifish group?

And alain, Sorry, I don't sell Killi Eggs. :)

I would like to keep some on a 30cm cube, just by themselves, or what sort of fish would be suitable to share the tank with them?

Also, they only last one year, right? I do not think that I could go on with the trouble of breeding them. :)

Luis, just read the special topic about the Killifishes in that issue of TFH, mentioned above and you'll find the answers...

Thanks, I have not found the magazine in the UK yet, but they have online subscription, I am reading the trial subscription, there is a good article about Anubias, and should complete the subscription today.

Thanks,
Luis
