    Hey garuf, i just read a post that you commented on regarding mini fiss mountain. did it work for you as well as the forum showed?

    It didn't, I tried several methods and found it never attached on rocks but did on wood, growth was poor in all cases though, I suspect due to lack of heat, possibly light though I did use sunlight which should really rule light out.

    i was considering gettin porous lava rock, shredding the fissadens and appling them to the rock, leaving under many led lights, keeping heated air in the tank and co2 being pumped into the tank as well. I dont know how its supposed to be achieved, for that scape in the thread is incredible.

    Suck it and see, I'm no expert on the matter, the few times I've tried it's failed. I tried the saran wrap method but the moss attached to the wrap and not the stones and took month or so. don't bother adding co2, there's already plenty in the air without adding more. I just didn't find it that useful for this particular moss, flame moss however, worked well.
