My favourite fish has to be corydora species, and the bristlenose, would have a tank just with those.

    :)

Like Luis I am a fan of small catfish. My favs would be Pitbull Plecs (LDA25) and Black Corys. Both around 3" (7cm) in size.

I really like Botia striata in larger aquaria (>200 litre). Vastly underrated fish IMO and full of character if kept in groups of 6 or more, as they should be. You'll never see pest snails either!

I've always loved Altums too, but will probably never have a big enough tank to keep them! Those and wild discus. Would love to do a huge biotope for wilds. Tea with wood and leaf litter. Let the fish be the stars.

My favorite fish always been the Altums but they are not the easiest of fish to keep and as George mentions they need a very large tank if you are to keep a nice number, but I would love to own an Asian Golden Arrowana, love the large dragon looking large scales on this :)

My favorite are YoYo Loaches (on my avatar)... They aren't especially beautiful, but their attitudes are so fun :)

My favorite fish are my very own red fin corydoras, not available on any shop, a new colour form of the aeneus.

Then it ha to be black ottos, followed by the normal ottos.

Cardinal tetras and corydoras cats. Unfortunately, when I got them they came from the store diseased. If I could find a good breeder I would totally get these fish.

Right now, I'm loving pygmy gouramis and my two quirky angelfish that love to nibble on my hand every time it goes into the tank...

Same here. I don't care how common they are. You just can't beat a shoal of cardinals.

I do not now why, but I still have a big fascination when I see clown fish. I guess much can be credited to the Finding Nemo which is like, my favorite fish movie of all time.

i like the long mark your fish swims with on its back. And is that sort of round figure part of the fish or a drop of water captured with the camera. It resembles any eye of a fish and looks really nice.
