Garra flavatra (Panda Garra) is an awesome looking fish. Here's some more information about it from the Tropical Fish hobbyist profiles.

i use one of them, it call "garra fura" or "fish doctor". it's not the same it don't have yellow color .i had, in one of my tank, a big problem with hair algae.i put 2 siamensis 1garra and 10 caradina amano and my problem had be resolve in few days. i can observed that the garra is a good algae eater but very speed and not so peacefull with the other fish and i'm not sure you can use it if you have big fish in your tank, like scalare or discus, i think it could suck the skin and made bad wound. it 's why we call them fish doctor, because in medecine it use when you have skin problem. you take a bath with this fihs and they clean you.
it's not a joke you can see image on google.

I have one of these in a non aquascaped tank. He is decently peaceful and helps keep the algae down. Though he was aggressive to a pleco I had before I moved it to another tank, so I'm not sure how he would do with other algae eating species.
