wabi kusa (zgmarkozg)

    my first wabi kusa, started couple months ago.
    the soil is aquasoil
    plants: amania sp. bonsai, pogostemon h., ranunculus.
    hard is on place:

    Hi Zgmarkozg, Fab W-K :rolleyes: Plants look great Love the Pog been thinking of using it myself in a W-K :D One thing that large piece of DW is out of balance with the rest :( Nice shape too the bowl :love:

    thnx, yes I need to rotate the DW.
    on the first pic is better balanced.
    has anyone have experience with moss on DW?
    how to maintain moisture on moss?

    Hi Zgmarkozg, Yes i have given it a go. The DW needs to be wet and have humid air around the moss all the time or it will dry out and die:( Even with mist spraying twice a day:eek: You could try tree moss but i even had problems with keeping that growing and looking good :(

    Hi Marko,
    its easier to use branches with already growing lichen, f.e. old appletree-branches -
    and spray them twice a day with destilled water(y)

    hey Roy;
    WK is over, because i didnt spray it, and it was complitly dry.
    Today I planted a new one.
    pictures coming soon ;)
