Nice tank you have.
Have to share this one too :
That is a very interesting photo, you can see the (runner) that its growing along plus the runner is just under the surface of the water.
Alex can you say again the name of plant above the surface ?
I want to find this for shrimp tanks.
Nicpapa also check you have the perfect conditions to grow that plant.
Aeschynomene fluitans, view from the side (it takes around 20-25 cm of the aquarium width):
When using Aeschynomene fluitans you will be constantly trimming it if you only had a standard width tank.
You certainly know how to grow very colorful plants especially reds.
Hi Alex Stunning
This is an amazing setup!!
Alex is certainly one member to follow he produces excellent work and photography.
A couple of weeks back :
Not much changed, i've been kind of busy and went only with the weekly maintenance.
I'm also starting to gather some new hardscape for the setup that will replace Forest temptations, i have a lot of ideas now and no free time.
You say "Only" can you give a brief outline of what your maintenance is please.
Are you planning a new competition Aquascape?
Back and sorry for the late response, Keith.
"Only" meaning just the water change and maybe some trimming here and there.
Yesterday i took out the rocks from the "valley" and cleaned them up a little. To much BBA.
Hope to get back soon with some pics.
Thank you in other words use your eyes and have a good look then do your regular maintenance.
Makes me happy too..
You have the way of making every thing look so natural.
I think we should all say "Happy Alex"
