Another fantastic photo if you look closely you can see plenty of reflections which gives an added interest to the photograph.

Alex looks like those plants did not like the heat.

Mist them as much as you can using the tank water this might help to kick them along quickly.

Nicpapa, i did use fans, 4 pc coolers. I got the temperature down from 31-32 celsius to 28.
I have a plan for the next year, a diy system with 8 coolers, that should "save me".

Eight coolers should certainly work if not you could be in more trouble next time.

    Back on track...

So, first let me show you guys the changes (still needs some work, to fill the gaps and keep only what i need).
    Ten days apart comparison :

I have to concentrate more on cleaning those rocks, local carbon liquid dosing seems to do the job, but it's kind of slow. Patience or a bigger dose?! I'm thinking about it.
FTS a few days ago :

    A side view :

And i brought back one of my favourites, Cabomba piauhyensis :

I use one fan for 180 liter, without aircodition.
Temps in very hot day goes 28 -29, the most days is 27.
The problem is not the fan , but co2.
In the summer i adjust a litle the co2, because the fun make waves, and the plant because of the temp grown faster, so they need more ferts and co2.
For the rock you can use hydrogen peroxide, with liquid carbon and a toothbrush.:)

Try to keep the rocks natural looking other wise it will lose that natural appeal.

nicpapa can I have more information on that fan please.

    Hi Alex

Beautiful photographs, very meticulous work. You must really love scape maintenance (like me!)

When I look at your fts all I can think is 'a week few weeks'. Once your coloured plant groups start to bulge and blend into the next, you'll have one sensational tank. Already it's very pretty, but I'm sure the best is still to come.
