Thisis my first attemt at scaping. I started researching about a month and a half ago after killing 2 of my 6 year old daughters Goldfish. Found it
    fascinating and havent stoped since.
Im hoping other beginneers will find this usefull as well.

    Tank Aquael Brillux 80CM 112L
    2 x T5 24W in hood as standard
Added 1 TMC LED GroBar 500

    ADA Powersand
    Amazonia II Aquasoil
    Amazonia II Powder

CO2 TMC regulator on a fire extingisher

Stones and Redwood root from AquaEssentials (Very good people)

Im still trying to get an idea of parameters different test kits give different readings and its hard to match the colours on a test strip.
PH i done with API liquid
    PH 6.6
    GH 6
    KH 4.4

I put the plants in yesterday but i still have lots of bits to do, finish them off and pipe work etc.

I hope i have not missed to much but i pretty busy not to mention tired!!

    Any advise would be welcolme.

    Nice start cnorth,
Maybe I'd shift all the group of woods and that tall stone a little bit at right (5-10cm).

    Ciao

For your first attempt at aquascaping, I would say this aquascape is turning out to be darn good! You have lots of advance designs from the rock formations, to the angel of the woods on the rightside. This aquascape certainly has a huge potential for success. :tea:

Thanks John appreciate your comments, My god its been hard work i have never done so much reading, and still have a lot more to do, next fert dosing!! Not to mention algae control. Plants are growing very quickly, just looking a bit messy at the mo, only just put some fish in, the SAE have just started to perform after 3 days of parading with the Harliquin Rasbors!! Horned Nerite snails have been the main algae eaters so far. Will up date when got time and looking a bit cleaner and all the plants have had chance to reach there correct heights.
