    I wonder what a wabi-kusa would look like in a nice natural looking wooden bowl. One with the knots etc present.??

    Both of those wooden pieces look very nice individually they do not have that natural look of that rock.

    Roy has used collected wood and as usual his work is spectacular.

    Its an old part of a tree stump that I found when taking Shaun to school along the river :cool:

    Amazing what you can find if you look ;)

    Roy with that photo if nothing else it proves you do not have to go to a LFS and spend a lot of money just keep your eyes open.
