Hi Keith, Thank you (y) With the path I will be letting the plants grow out and over the substrate to give it a better shape;)
and reshaping the HC on the RH side :)

Roy I thought you would be doing that, the only point is keep trimming it to make sure it grows the way you want it to yet still look natural.

    Great thread, a Watched Thread!

Quick question: You said a couple of posts up you were going to change to EL dosing - what are/were you running now/before?

    Thanks

    Hi Sorped, Thank you (y)

I was doing a fert experiment on two tanks :) 1/2 ml of Seachem Flourish and 1 ml of ""NPK garden ferts tablets Miricale-Gro for home plants"" Crush up about 20 little balls add 50 ml water Add both daily plus two 30% water changes every week. Not very scientific I know:LOL: It seems to work well :)

Looking forward to going pressurized Co2 and EL For the next Scapes :) Plants will be happy and I will be saving Money Win Win:D

Very much a DIY approach I'd say, but if it's working - hey... (y)

Over a period of time you will notice many experiment with their fertilisers to get right for their plants in a particular tank.

I don't think there is such a thing as a set standard main reason, water supply differences and no two tanks are exactly the same.

That makes a lot of sense, thanks.

I hope you made the right choice, I've certainly regretted my buy (Ista Diffuser set) and my tank isn't even running yet...:)

Hi Sorped, Quite a few people use the same system and rate it highly (y)I did quite a lot of research before buying the system as well ;) So all should be ok ?

The Ista system(n) Sorry to say the system its not a good way to do Co2. Other members have used similar systems and gave up with them :(
