Folks, there will be a schedule down time this week from Thursday extending towards the weekend (if necessary) to implement an overhaul of ASW's forum. During this time, I'll be implementing several significant enhancements to the forum to include some of the following: New Front Page Portal New Style and Layout New Facebook integration Enhanced Like System Alert System (alerts you when you get a like, PM, or post is quoted) Personalized News Feeds of threads (similar to subscribe threads) Community Based Library (section for users to submit articles) During the transition, some features may be lost (for now) such as the Photo Gallery system and how our current AOTMs are displayed. While the changes will be significant, and require some adjustment to ASW's new appearance, features, and structure, I am confident that you'll enjoy the new features we'll be implementing. hi John, did we have a down time last night as well? I found quite e few page breaks and JS console error popping up, have screen shots at my home laptop, will post them to you once back from office. Plus the site itself went offline for more than an hour. One more thing, did not find the feedback section as advised hence posting here.
We had some downtime then to fix some redirecting links and today to improve our server load. You shouldn't be experiencing any loading errors though, at least not anymore. If you do, go ahead and post any new issues at the feedback forum so I can better respond. http://www.aquascapingworld.com/forums/feedback-and-suggestion-box.21/ As many of you can see, ASW continues to change in look and available features. -John N.
