Hey everyone! Just a quick little note to introduce a new aquascaping internet radio show/podcast that I've started with ASW's own @ShadowMac called, "The Aquascaping Podcast".

It's available for free both on iTunes (click here) and www.aquascapingpodcast.com.

Feel free to send feedback and questions to aquascapingpodcast@gmail.com. You can even record an audio question and email it to us and we'll do our best to play it on the air and answer it for you.

On behalf of myself and Shawn, I hope you enjoy the show and join us as we explore this awesome hobby.

Please feel free to share with others or create some buzz on the forums! It's all appreciated very much. And if you like the show, please subscribe on iTunes so you'll receive each episode automatically as they are released.

I've enjoyed listening to your show. You two compliment each other nicely. I hope one day you do an episode on ethics and gender.

Thanks for listening and the feedback! I'm curious what you mean. Send one of us a PM and we can certainly try and tackle the topic.

    Hi Shawn

For the ethics part you could discuss
    1. keeping too many fish in a tank. what's ideal?
    2. keeping fish in a tank that are too big for the tank
    3. keeping shrimp when it's illegal to do so in your area
    4. posting plants (i.e. snail mail) when it's illegal to do so in your area
    5. using photoshop to enhance scape pics
    6. what to tells friend / forum posters 'guilty' of bullet points 1 and 2.
    7. the use of co2 and how friendly it is to critters
    8. how to dispose of plant trimming
    9. what to tell staff at lfs's when they give bad advice.
    10. 'flipping' items purchased on forums for a quick profit.
    11. cycling with fish in the tank.
I'll list my gender idea soon.

When a hobby demands 24/7 attention its no longer a hobby its a full time job.

Beginners often panic when they see plants melting and, have no idea why it is happening and less idea what to do.

For some unknown reason many new Aquascaper do not understand this basic process of "Flow"
