Nest of the Dragon

    Hi all. :)
    something new from me.
    the old setup "Fallen leaves" is over, and after vacation starting up a new one:
    some tehnicals:
    size : (L)80x(w)45x(h)45cm - 165 Liters
    Filtration: JBL Cristal Profi e901
    Lighting: (JBL Ultra Natur 2X35W ) + 2X 14W 4000K
    Flora: not specified yet, but the plan is eleocharis mini, althernathera mini, pogostemon helfneri, staurogene r.
    Fishes: Pterophyllum altum peruensis F1 (x5), corydoras sterbai

    Great job with the hardscape! It has a domino effect, pulling the eye from the largest wood piece to the left. Very interesting what you did there.

    I have never seen a piece of driftwood like that, when I read the name of your Aquascape I was confused it seemed so unusual until I saw that piece of driftwood.

    Its very early what other plants do you intend to use as its very bare at the moment.

    yes the driftwood is awsome, and when i realized what it look like everithing went in that direction.
    @keithgh ; plan is eleocharis mini, althernathera mini, pogostemon helfneri, staurogene r., maybe one or two more.
    do you have any suggestion?

    There are several plant experts here on ASW and I am certainly not one of them.

    Hi Zgmarkozg,

    Love the Scape the DW piece is Exquisite :love::love: As to plants how about a few small Brown green Crypts ?-- Crypt Pava would look cool here and there too ;)

    This crypt look interesting, but I dont know can I find it in Croatia.

    In the back i set up the flame moss, i will try with some higher plant in the back right side...

    Its a long time since I had those beautiful fish but I think you will find they love plenty of cover tall plants etc.

    I would like to see some tall plants at the back of the tank to give the fish a little shelter from the light.
