Once a tank starts leaking its time to pull it down before you have water and dead fish on the floor and unless you are insured a very costly cleaning and replacement bill.

I had a leaking tank and all of a sudden it decided to empty while I stood in front of it, the replacement and repair bill was about $3000 thank goodness for insurance.

Good luck with the leaking system. Such a shame, that such a beautiful scape has to go thru this! Hopefully you can figure something out to keep the scape and fix the tank!

A professional glazier told me his company would never repair a leaking tank as it could not be guaranteed it would not leak again.
I once to a practically new tank back the manufacturer he tested it and it leaked he just threw it in the bin not worth repairing and no guarantee it would not leak again, he gave me a new tank as a replacement.

I fix it ... just lower the water , and add a new silicone .
    It dont leak
It was better to remove old silicones, and add new, but it takew a lot of time , to catch all shrimps and fish.
Lot of plants removed, and tank , change to dutch...
    Tank look colorfoul again. :)
The glazier told this , to buy new glass. :)
