    Great start off, however you might want to change the lighting a bit. I don't think those 20w will be sufficient lighting for that tank. Are the bulbs giving off that blue look or is that from a different light? Eventually, you might want to limit the number of stem plants in the tank, some might outgrow and may not look how you want it.
