phantom tetras are sweet! do it.
I want them, but I am unsure if they school nicely, which schools nicer, x-ray tetras or red phantoms?
all the stuff is here, except my fluval 204. Here is an update hardscape, no plants yet, will probably get some pygmy chain sword on monday or tuesday.
tank is very dirty, I will clean it when filled up
Very nice. it will look great when it's filled up.
Looks good im about to do the same kind of set up. Get that thing cleaned and filled up with some water and plants!!!
cant wait for plants!!!! and the canister, lol. Fillin it up as I speak.
How long did you have to soak your wood?
well, O have had this tank for a while and have been experimenting a LOT of hardscapes, and the wood was soaked before for about 5 days, and it sinks. Would you like to see the other scapes I have made?
let me gather them all.
this is the order I made them:
I really like the look of the second one... Are these 3 current setups? or just experiments?
experiments. A lot of people liked the 2nd one, but I didn;t like it too much. I found it had a lot of flow, but not much balance, so I tried to move it to have both flow and balance.
i like the second one too
I really like the first and 2nd one
I do like all three, but I like either one whole side open, or the middle open with the sides wooded, but I don't care for the one with the wood right in the middle.
I should add that I like how you have it above like the mountain in the middle, but offset more, that is good also.
yea, tried to model it after Roy Dekis 50 gallon was it?
LOOOOOOOOOOONG time update:
FTS, i need better skills :-":
