This is my first aquascape. I started this setup about September 25th 2016. It is a 46 gallon bow front. Finnex Fugeray plus 36" pressurized Co2
So this photos shows 3 months of progress. Some plants died, I had an amazing amount of algae growth. And what seems like the first time in 3 months algae is minimal and plants a growing out.
Plants include: Anubias, crypts, java fern, buce.

For your first Aquascape it looks very nice. The Aquascape its self is a little central but when the backing plants grow it will not be noticed so much as that will link both sides together. The other point is the little amount of the white substrate that can be seen as it a major distraction at the moment if you can fix that concern you will be surprised at the difference the attention to details can make a big difference.

    Keith,
Thank you for your insight. I will adjust the substrate and continue to grow out.
