    I like that tank very much it seems to have every thing going for it. Its certainly going to be an aquascape to follow.

    It will be 7 years with ASW Jan next year and more with other forums. During our cold winter months it keeps me very busy and the old brain very active.

    AC/DC power 24v 8amp

    plexiglass
    2x thickness 8mm width 146mm x height 105mm
    2x thickness 8mm lenght 600mm x height 15mm
    1x thickness 2mm lenght 585mm x width 146mm

    2 x 8x8mm U aluminium profile
    cable 6 core 20 awg
    silicon thermal for led
    super glue for plexiglass

    After 1 Week

    I cut the curved wood from the front, I mounted the ph controller and the dossing pumps to the other controller.
    Plants go well less the Hc that grows vertically.

    I think you and Zeus should get together you are both excellent DIY'ers
    One concern though, the small black box front RH side I would lift it up off the base of your cabinet just in case of any water spillage from your pump as it can and does happen.

    I put it on the right wall but I have to buy some longer screws

    I was provoking to show you more

    so i have now 8 fish tank, each has a light controller, dosing pumps, various sensors, led lamps all made by me

    I think I can live without anything but without this wonderful hobby and what other challenges I can not offer

    That is very easy stick at this hobby and learn as much as possible and help others along the way and you be very surprised how enjoyable this hobby is.

    For health reasons only I had to pull my three low tech tanks down after 50 years with various tanks including a SW I had to just stop All are Terrascapes now a big job coming up a redo the 5ft set up, the Bow front set up and completely re do the small 45 lt.

    My other activities keep me very busy I don't miss the heavy lifting when doing a water change. I had one tank on my desk next to me and the Bow front 2+Mt away, I enjoyed just looking at them.

    At your age it's natural to be harder and I do not expect to see you how you torture with water buckets

    I started out heating 20lt water containers in the bath and finished up with 10lt in the laundry trough the water I took out went into buckets then on the garden.

    I always had this little problem to fix first and she only weighed 6kg.

    I imagine how hard it is, I'm young and I'm watering everywhere, I keep around my 2-3 towels.


    very beautiful cat, my wife loves cats a lot.

    I now have Terrascapes and I only water them when the soil is dry and with 2 x 1lt plastic jugs. :cat::cat:

    I was taught that when I was an Apprentice look after the fine details and the rest will look after its self. I am extremely self critical and always have been.
