    Hi;

    I am Dev. I stay in India. I am married DINK (double income no kids). I have seven planted tanks. Some of them are grow tanks. I can say that 4 tanks out of 7 are having a plan of scape the rest are, just grow out tanks. I planted no co2, no fert tank for my RCS, a small tank with only Ottos, and another tank with no fauna but only java fern as of now. I also have lots of pots and pans kept indoors and out doors where I am growing many difference types of mossed and plants as grow out containers. The 4 tanks that I have planned scaping, are all nature style of aquariums, the biggest being a low light, moss, fren anubias mostly tank with pressurised co2 and MH Lighting. The other tank, 2nd in decreasing scale of size, is an iwagumi attempt with Marsilea Hirsyta and hair grass along with few twigs of HM and MU. Pressurised co2, ADA ASii, ADA Ferts, Timer on lights - 35G / 72 watt PLL. Tank 3 is again a Iwagumy with only rocks, HC Cuba and little Hair grass. Plants growing immersed now, will be submerged in 3-4 weeks time. Tank four is another iwagumy, with only rolcks and Glosso, will be adding HM and MU from the other tank to this one.

    Fauna, that I have are, Punctius Danisonii, Neon tetras, corrydoras, golden algae eaters, Harlequins, RCS, Rainbow shrimps, Ghost shrimps.

    I am aslo a memebr of another fish keeping forum from India, called IAH. I request you guys to visit that forum as it is a real cool place to hang out and find out exactly what is happening wrt the hobby in India. You can connect to IAH.IN

    I stumbled on this website while surfing the net and found it a great place for planted tank and scaping fanatists, which I consider my self to be one. How ever, I am a little better than a novice and am keep to lap up as much knowledge as I can from the experts, here. So, my sincere request to all of you is that if I poke you with my queries, please do not get upset with that.

    Enough of talking, I will post some of my tank pics soon.

    Cheers,

    Dev.

    Thanks for the warm welcome guys. I will post some pics now from my collection. Please give me your comments. I am no where near the expertise that many of you have mastered but I have the confidence that I will reach there some day, so please give me your criticism to the fullest so that I can learn from you guys. :)

    i agree with Supercoley,
    the fourth photo in the first set is realy cool, in the thumbnail size it looked like an opti white tank.

    How many Liters are they all together and how difficult is it to manage the whole maintenance regime?

    Welcome to ASW!

    Great looking tanks. You'll get more comments for tanks if you want to start a journal of them, or showcase them individually in our Aquascaping Showcase area.

    Good to have you here! :star:

    Thanks guys....I am lousy with my camera, actually it is my first camera and I am not very good with gadgets...so...the tanks are better looking in person, IMO...

    @ Jur4ik - Well would be around 200 G for the tanks, Some nearly two hours daily in the evening, I do 1 tank WC each day and feed fishes...I douse once in a while and few nano tanks are only on excel, will not be able to tell you how well they are doing as they are very newly done.

    @ John N - I have a distant plan of setting up a show tank, but as I said it is a distant plan. When I do it will be here. :Happy:
