They look very nice roud:. Nice scape!
I had them on the Vivarium 2011 show.

Nice scape ! Why did you used a layer of substrat so high?
Were your scape the number one or did you got the first place?
Why did I use such an amount of substrate? With the dupla substrate unless it has been soaked on water it is very light, could not plant anything on less..
I was placed 8 out of 10, a bit shocked with the outcome, but as it was a public vote there is not much I can say.
I enjoyed the experience and the show was really amazing. I was also the only non Dutch competing on the Qube, so I am happy for breaking new ground and learning from it. Maybe next time I will be lucky and end up on the top 5.
The rocks were outstanding, great texture and colour. I will be ordering some more...
I know what you are saying. I used my self dupla ground on my "Stream of basalt"...It's not a bad substrat but it very light!
That was not such a bad position. There were two after you!
I considered to enter here in the ASW contest with my aquarium just or fun but I quit. Maybe next year!
The problem of buying rocks from some place like ebay they could be plastic rocks or conrete rocks a buddy of mine bought some a few years ago and they were made of WOOD painted. Most people on there are just trying to make a buck and dont have a reputaion to uphold or a responsibility to give the best quality.
