I like that light a lot better. Love the fish!!! I like the way you moved the wood around looks better.
Thanks! Actually I am not too happy about the intank filter... will look for an Eheim Aquaball tomorrow Eheim Asia Pacific
Ordered a few kinds online... will reveal soon Witnessed a strange behaviour while "get together"... the male specimen keeps jumping out of the water (seen here sitting on my filter for a few seconds before leaping back into the water). As if he is showing his strength to the female. How do you like the backdrop picture? I xerox it from my photo library )
Background looks good do you have a more clear pic of it? Thats strange about the fish doe she keep doing it?
Will take a full tank pix tomorrow... it looks kinda fake actually ) Yeah this male keeps jumping as if it's part of the courtship :29:
OMG breeding bettas are so much fun! i used to breed crowntail bettas. had a few successful spawns. let me know if you need any help.
you should lower the water to halfway and add some terrestrial plants, then it would look like a true vivarium.
Yeah I've been adding more water lately due to the fish inside... wanna give them more water volume that can improve stability. It's not a vivarium anymore... it's now officially a Paludarium )
aw, if it was a vivarium, you could have made it look soooo wild, with terrestrial bugs that live in high humidity, then you could have them reproduce, and since bettas jump, have them jump and eat their own food, almost self contained!!!!!
