ADA style lily pipes outflow and inflow glasswere are horrendously expensive, don't anybody produce knockoffs in plastic? If not, why not!?

There are many knockoffs in glass about 1/4 or 1/5 ADA price. In my opinion, glass look nicer and easy to clean.

i make my own acrylic "glassware" lily pipes, ask around at shops, they may be able to bend pipes for you.

I've gotten a pair of acrylic pipes from fishman before and they seem to do the job quite well.....

I am with Jur4ik, someone need to pick up the torch and start producing some stuff that anyone can afford from the start, that is appealing and looks good in our tanks. It would be more tempting to us aqua nerds if it didn't feel like a knife stabbing every time we went shoping and it would get more interested aquarists in to the aquascaping hobby.

Do you think you can make some for a larger tank like 65 G?

With 25-30 USD, I can get ADA knock of version made from glass. One set (in let and out let) only ~70 SGD that about 50 USD but the shipment to US may not be cheap :p

but i do custom requests such as spraybars :)

and the biggest thing i ever made was a 38" long spraybar, so yes, i can do for a 65g. Shipping would be pricey though so maybe glass would be good if you are not in the same country :)

I would say the price doesnt matter, we want a clear and clean look and are ready to pay, but it is a pain as lily pipes often brake ..

my second broken lily pipe (qal aqua, cost here in germany about 50 EUR )
