    hi,

i'm looking to get about 20 galaxy rasbora in my next tank,
and it appear that that my LFS where i often get good price on fish is just high pricing the galaxy rasbora.. expensive because they don't seems to be able to deal with me a group price, so for 20 galaxy rasbora at about 10.43$ /each.. its 208.60$ for the whole bunch...

is that expensive or not ?

and i know of you guys buying for really more than that.. but i'm not you and i want to save a bit money!

so fish for fish, is that fish costly or not ?

    thanks

    Ohly

That surely is expensive. I get my fish from http://wetspottropicalfish.com/ and they charge US $5 / fish if you get probably 10 or more. In canadian dollar it would be around the same rate. May be it is because of availability in your area.

I actually saw these at my LFS a couple months ago, and I was surprised-- not only did I never think I'd see them in real life, but they were selling them extremely cheap. I can't remember exactly, but it must have been $3 a piece. Honestly I would have gotten them, but my tank is already crowded; I have five zebra danios (although I'd much prefer having 10 small celestial pearl danios/galaxy rasboras.) Oh well!

Good luck finding a good price!

These are Aust prices & private sales.

$12-$15 each that would be their top price too

LFS at least double why ????

they really are! sadly though, the ones stocked at my LFS were very drab, and pale. The staff even commented at how ugly they were unless you were really close to them. I'm guessing it was just the conditions they were kept in, but.. idunno.
