Here are some pictures of my new scape. I started it in august, but still not finished.
    Did a rescape yesterday.
I only need some more HC and some stem plants like Rotala and aromatica's in the left rear corner.
The Hc has to fill up the front and the gap between left and right. The white gravel is there because of a previous scape. The hc has to overgrown it.

    tank: 100x40x50 (180 liters)
    Light : 2 x t5 45 watt 2 x t8 30 watt
    CO2: 2L diy
    Substrate:gravel
    Filter:Eheim 2217 1000l/h
Fish: Barbus pentazona, trichogaster trichopterus, paracheirodon axelrodi
plants: javamoss, javafern philipines and brassi, hc, lilaeolopsis novozeelandia, cypers helferi, hemianthus micranthemoides, crypto wendtti brown

very nice tank , must better with the hc.
the brown wenditi is , in my opinion , a little bit so far from the left side and i will cut the plant ( probably a rotala) in the back center .

    regards

Lovely aquascape. I find the dark spots a bit overpowering and enjoyed the previous photos better. I felt there was more depth and transition in the past stage of the aquascape.

Thats because the lights in the front are off.
I'll make a photo with full lights later ;)

This is the final of this layout.

Some things have been replaced or removed. Some more species will come in.

Here's a little update again. A few weeks after I rescaped the tank.

I had some Limnophila indica "mini" but they didn't survive at the dark left corner in front of the Rotala. There are some new stems comming and now I want to place them in front of the L.glandulosa. Now there's a big gap there. I hope they will do well on that spot. The H. sp.Tiger needs to grow in a lot. I want them in front of the Rotala. The lindernia has to move then, but don't now where. We will see later :D

I really like the rescape. It looks so much better without the grassy plant in the back that was too long, IMO.

This will be going in my file of inspiration links. :D

Do you have a new updated photo, by chance?
