Now that ADA is something of a world wide force will they be available any time soon in English so those of us who don't speak Japanese can benefit from them?
Are they a long way off? Can you possibly lobby/bully Amano into doing some more some time soon or should I start learning Japanese? :daydream:

The complete works book has now been translated into English and will be available in Canada this February.. not sure about other dates around the world. Tropical Fish Hobbyist also has a monthly section by Amano i believe, so lots in English, however, you should still learn Japanese!

Do you know what stores in Canada are going to be selling these publications? Nice to see a fellow Canadian Aquascaper....

I've read tropical fish hobbyist recently, I really need to apply for a subscription.
Can't really bring myself to learn another language, I can barely speak English. haha.

Is it like pfk, or do they have more plant articles?

I believe the complete works book already translated into English by "Tropical Fish Hobbyist". You can get it from Amazon (ISBN: 978-0-7938-0649-2), I'm currently waiting for my shipment ;)

By the way long ago (around 1998 ) one of the company in Singapore (Vectrapoint Publication) but it does not last long probably due to low demand at that time. Only 6 volume have been translated (33,34,35,36,37,38 ).

I wonder how many copies of English version of Aquajournal can be sell world wide now a days?

I have purchased the complete works in german, but will now look for the english version, out of stock on amazon for now.

I really like the Aquajournals, and I have only 4 copies in english, it would be great if there were more.

Although I am not one for brands, ADA has defenitely caught my attention, and I really like the way Mr. Amano works with nature and photography.

Hopefully one day I will manage to either visit the ADA showroom in Japan, or see him in Europe.

With so much money spent on aquascapes I do not understand why there isn't a planted tank magazine being sold monthly.

From the few bits I've read I think it's superior to PFK, it's written in American English though, but if you can forgive it that it's good. They do online subscriptions too.

May I know who is talking about it? Tropical Fish Hobbyist as well? It would be interesting if they do come up with English version.

I know from ADA Germany they have thought about this too, but it is more difficult than initially thought. Requires sponsors etc ...
