    Ooo, time for a trim!

Looks much better without the orange afterglow I must say.
What about native fish, seems a crime not to if you can get them!

That's a loach like fish isn't it, they seem nice, as good as Ottos for algae or no?

Yes, it's a loach type found in medium to high flow streams from Northern parts of India..trade name is "Sparkling torrent fish". My personal opinion - they are super awesome, way better than oto's - they even scrape rocks clean like nerite snails, they are also good to devour on BBA!! with same size as a full adult oto, this fish is quite a package! best part they are 1/3rd the price of an oto! :D

You're buying them? Get your net out and go fishing! Really great fish, I'll have to see if I can pick some up in the UK. I always feel sorry for oto's in the wild they come from aggregations of thousands, not really practical in a tank!

well would love to go for fishing but unfortunately the location of em' are in the north but for my office i'm at present at the southern part of the country..:( I have collected them before from the wild, but this time around i'm getting them at even less than wholesale rates..;) directly from the person who exports em' to UK/US..:D
