Updated semi professional quality pictures. It's looking decent through the old DSLR lens... don't mind the small focal depth, the only available lens is limiting me to such photos. I'm working out the minor algae issues with water changes and circulation increases. I cleaned the filter pipes :D
Overall, I'm very pleased with my planting choices and hardscape. The H. Pinnatifida has really lifted the center of the 'scape in a good way.

Did you clean all the filter tubes as well?

To help with the circulation you could try a fine air stone either under the taller plants and DW also lower the inlet. Every little extra water movement will help.

You also have a lot of brown tips on one of the plants.
Could the brown be an indication of excess phosphate levels in the tank or an excess of nitrate this may also cause this concern . It "might" be beneficial to try larger water changes twice a week.

It's confirmed. Nitrate is high, about 10-20 ppm. Time for a gallon a day water changes...

Great once you know the cause it easily treated. What percentage is that and, how often are you going to do the water changes?

1 gallon is 1/15 of my total empty volume. I did a 6 gallon change yesterday and significantly reduced the nitrate, down to around 5ppm

I preferred to do two 35% twice a week that made the plants grow strong and healthy.

I never had problems like that at all.
