Diy Aluminium ADA solar MH lamp

    Hi this is my Diy project MH ADA lamp. The material is used for making the Aluminum 2mm, lamp dimensions are 450x350 mm., lamps used for making the hobby tools, fireproof paint,rivets and other..to eventually look like this.Sorry the pictures with cell phones and most of them lost ..:(..

    love it . you did such a great job, looks very professional imo. how much did all this cost you btw? metal halide is old tech, but it does prevent one to have 2-3 t5ho for every 1 MH.

    Lamp requite me by about 100 eur. when you said that the old metal halide lighting technology on the table you thought ...?

    thats a pretty good price! around 200 canadian but still good for a nice fixture, and what I mean is that, in comparison to HOT5, metal halide is old in the sense that for the same amount of wattage you get a hotter fixture with more of a power consumption. But I guess its upside is size and the amount of wattage you get per bulb.

    hmm these bulbs they are now currently in use 150w 5400 Kel. T5 lighting can not be compared with this type of lighting because it still has more power MH radiation, and the lifetime is longer than the T5 if they thought this kind of lighting? sure that MH spends more energy than T5 bulbs This is a big flaw ..:(

    :) First I took about three days, because I had problems regarding the realization of the whole thing .. now I can make a three to four hours ..;)

    It is a awesome setup.. Instead of metal halide one could use T5's, a set of four.
