I read in the crustaforum.com that gestation usually takes about 3 - 4 weeks, depends on the water temperature.

They should be eggs. Color varies a bit and as shrimp get ready to be born they tend to clear up and you can see the eyes.

I hope.as I observe one of them,I can't see the eggs anymore but there's a bulk in her belly and keeps on fanning.are they already alive and waiting to be released?

It depends how long they have been in her belly. They should be alive. How long have they been in her belly? it takes around 6 weeks to hatch.

    thanks milalic.

I guess it's a little over a month now.not so sure because I don't see them that often because they're always hiding.on my estimate around 5 weeks already when I first saw the eggs.

Congrats on the babies. I have 3 CRS at the moment, that are heavily pregnant. I just hope they have babies soon. I can't wait to see them. It's been about 3 weeks, so hopefully soon they'll hatch. Wish me luck.

i would ask a question. i know what is the % of having CRS or CBS when crossbreeding them but actually i am interested in colors baby will have.

I have probably 6 pieces of CRS SS+ Hinomaru No Entry and I am curious how the baby will look like when breeding with CBS S+ Tiger Tooth, i know that it will be CBS carrying red gene, will the baby have stripes or effect of Hinomaru will reflected?

Thanks for your input and experience :)
