Can't get my reds RED. Please help!

    Hi everybody! I cant seem to get my reds looking more red. could someone help me? Not sure if I should add some fertilizer that would make them more red.

    Any advice is appreciated! Thanks!

    My reds seem to do best when my nitrates are at there lowest.

    Mostly NO3:pO4 = 5:1

    Lot of Iron can cause some algae issues. Hope that you have enough light...

    I do not understand what you mean by nitrogen5 : hosphate1. could you elaborate? thanks! Maybe Norbert could help me also...

    I believe strong light will turn some of your plants red.

    The Rotala Marcandra in my 1ft cube remains red under 11W x 3 PL. Again I think it's the amount of light.

    Thank you all! I will test you suggestions and see how they work for me. I have <high light 4wpg and I am ordering the Seachem line of fertilizers. Thanks guys! anymore suggestions are appreciated.:Happy:
