Black Otos - Niger Oto - Hisonotus leucofrenatus

    The fish are from fast flowing waters, with high O2, so if the water is not up to scratch they will struggle. The good thing is that they eat a lot, :), so in a week you will have them fat and looking healthy.

    I have not seen mine eating fish food yet, so I am assuming that they either eat algae or plants. :p

    Either that or wood, they are always on the wood. :) It is more of a form of panaque than otto, so it may eat both.

    I'm not planning on having any wood in my tank so they are going to have to learn to love algae. Ive got that nice piece of redwood but its not going to work with my dragon stone layout.
