For my experiences , i think that Crossochelius Siamensis is not optimal for planted acquarium .
When they grow up they will disturb all and they will eat every moss in the tank !

I have had 15 Siamensis but i've had to remove from my aquarium !

I just put a bristlenose pleco into my tank recently.

Any ideas on whether or not it will eat my plants?

I have read in a few places and was told that they should not eat your plants.

I am trying to source Otocinclus Affinis for my tank, but they are so scarce to find in South Africa. After all the reading and research on the net, they seem to stand out tops for non-aggression as well as being active feeders on a few types of algae, and they don't add much to the bioload. Also they do not eat your plants (most important)
