This looks like spyrogyra, remove as much as possible using a toothbrush and spot treat the rest using h2o2. This can be due to high nutrients in water , reduce feeding and so regular water changes.

It's not spiro, it's thread algae. Excess nutrients is a factor. Extra large water changes will help.

DIY Substrate and Co2 can cause big concerns unless you are an experienced Aquascaper ???

Water changes will help but will not fix what is causing the problem.

You must find what is causing the problem first then fix that.

DIY Substrate exactly what is it and what does it consist of?

DIY Co2 how is it set up and what are all the readings?

A full water report not just a pH reading and how was it done?

i have order ph reader still not arrived and yet i cant tell about water conditions..

I think too much intrusion to grow. My plants are growing very fast..

I will try to reduce co2 and iron im adding to the water.
