    Hi!
    thanks for the comments,
    Tekila, welcome!

    Saludos!

    Greetings

Exceptional tank... very well done, I guess this is a tank that never really gets finished. Have you thought about about adding fish, and which ones? I'm guessing they'd have to be native:D

    thanks Larson,
about fishes, i`m afraid they jump out of the aquarium, because the level of water is too hight (for an "open top" tank) .. or not??? (suggestions ??) ...

but, if i put fish, they have to be native (certain species of tetras)

    Saludos!!

I run all my tanks "open top" I have had very few fish jump out... it does happen, but only like 3 fish in 4 years or something like that.

So it's really not a problem... I hope to see some native fish soon.

About jumping fish, some times you just cant do anything about that, in one of my grow out tanks with a bash of Bujurquina apoparuana they will jump out of the smallest openings...I have spunges with a pockebook on top and if they don't breake there necks they will move the book and they are only about 4-5 cm.

    Hi,
i don´t worry about the parasites or sickness ...in my opinion, is a exageration; that risk is minimal.

    Greetings

You inspired me to start collecting plants from Swedish creeks and streams, the temp in the summer gets really hot in the water, a lot hotter than what we have in our tanks so it should work...this summer I will get my scuba gear an start collecting...it might me a Journal...keep it up!

    Thanks for you comments ,
TYB: Don´t worry much about the temperature; many species of plants are euritermicals , that means , wide range of adaptation. Good luck in your search!

    Saludos!!
