212 Dutch

    Sorry, but I couldn't find there that malke uses tap/RO water.

    K2SO4 is required for both tap and RO.

    MgSO4. If your water hard It doesn't mean that you have enough on Mg.

    Whats the difference just change the bulbs? I know the water looks clearer i love the look of your tank.

    More power not just bulbs , 300w Mh replace 130 fluo T8.

    Malke you are doing well on your high light tank. It's interesting to see your tank free from algae. How did you do that ?

    It is a beautiful tank, and it is interesting to see how it has progressed, but your aquascape does not follow a traditional Dutch aquascape design. I do not think it really matters, because I like it the way it is, but if your goal is to re create a traditional Dutch design, you would need to limit the number of plant species, and have much more defined plant groups that are separated. You would also need to create streets or ascending pathways to create more visual depth of field.

    The key to Dutch aquascaping more than anything else is grouping. How the plants are grouped is key to the whole design. Your scape does not have such well defined groups as this. Do you see the difference? Each group is also very well trimmed and manicured. It is a true garden, not "nature"
