Thanks. Well, I thought about putting moss on them. But I finally didn't. It's too much pain to keep it "small" :)
I think I may attach some of the Ludwigia later on. Because they usually do "out-of-sand" roots. And it may look like Jungle liana.

I agree with Roy is there a special reason the ends were cut or did you buy it like that?

Have you any plans to hide those cuts?

Those are the "native" cuts. The root has always been that way :-/ Previously, that DW was set anti clockwise and the end were in the sand.

I don't have any plants (yet) that could go there. If they were from America, I'd put some Anubia. I'll have a look to see if I can find something.
But anyway, the Ludwigia may be to short from surface and I may have to lower that DW a bit in a few weeks/months. As for now, I mostly want to see if Eleocharis grow well or not. Depending on it will guide a rebuild :)

Its a pity as at the moment it distracts you from the rest of your aquascape.

Yeah. The back one seem to get hidden by Ludwigia growing ahead. The front one would get a cut attached, I think.

Yep. Look like there's load of Oxygen inside an Eleocharis blade. Wouldn't have bet a penny on that :)
