All plants come directly from Tropica. They are suppose to be free of pest

I would still double check them it will take you less time and expense than if you have to do it later.

Let me intrude: I'd move the tallest plants behind the tallest driftwood. But the hardscape looks fabulous

That could be done but it could also enclosing the tank causing loss of depth, I might just work only you can tell.

Different options are always welcomed and helpful.

A small update, so far so good. No algue outbreak, plant on the left must be trim but my eleocharis mini do not grow very fast...

Just added last week 24 rummy nose, 20 otocinclus and 8 zebta snails to control algue grow.

The tank is about 4 weeks old now

Once the plants are established it should link up the Aquascape.

I am very surprised that I don't have any major algue out break since my LED lighting was design for reef tank (but blue led are turn off)!!!

I will buy few more nerith zebra snail. They will knock down the spot algue with the otocinclus

I had several wild caught Nerite snails only one problem a few escaped from the tank usually via the filter or air tubing.

I know I'm digging up an old thread, but I'm curious as to how this tank looks now.
