Nice nano reca, lush and healthy plants, but I'm a little bit worried about that nice guitar, did you put it right there only to compare it to the tank size-wise ?

    Regards

Yes, the guitar is for that compares but can also look at the coke and the pen :))

    Guitar is my little girl

The plants grow very quickly here, I am delighted by this. I will try changing the stones by some darker in the future, I have to lose more time on this, confident that the aquarium improvement.

LOL I was thinking the same thing. Didn't even notice the bottle of soda or pen until Reca pointed it out. :)

Overall lovely scape, darker rocks would defintely make things appear more balanced as you've noted. Also, I half wish the hairgrass was a little more brushed more evenly, but then again, I do like the messy hair look too.

I'm jealous of your flat growing glosso. I have some growing VERTICALLY in a 10 gallon tank. Doh! I better change my old light bulbs.

I actually like the white rocks. It's nice to see somebody do something different and it's a nice contrast to the black substrate.

nice nano my friend, i never had any luck growing glosso (horizontal or vertical)..staying away from it for now :D

the rocks are a bit too white for my taste but i must agree it does create some dramatic contrast to the dark substrate.

    btw..nice guitar B-)

I didn't notice them in the first look either, LOL.

Nice to know it is only for comparing sizes reca, it would be sad that moisture and heat could damage that beautiful guitar.

To be a Rock and not to Roll waterfaller1 :-"

    Update the aquarium

Changing stones by some darker and I put a black background to highlight the green plants as much as possible.

I have to improve the placement of the stones in future updates, not just to convince.

    Nice Nano.

I personally liked the setup shown in the pic that showed the dark rocks for the first time. I definitely think you need that third rock on the right to balance out and provide a continuity between grass and rock.

You didn't list a filter in your tank specs. I'm assuming there isn't one, which would probably explain the semi-weekly water changes. I think on filter-less setups two water changes weekly is probably what is needed at a minimum to avoid issues with built-up organics.

Yes, I think that the third stone is necessary but i don´t locate a stone appropiate, I wil try, thank you.

No filter, I change the water to 50% twice per week.

The tank are two liter more or less.

    Regards.
