Is 39 watts x4 hot5 light compare to 4x 96 watt cf is it the same less or more? I know the wpg rule and have read some discussions about intensity differences. Are there any pro's or con's to the hot5 compared to the cf?

Lately there been alot of talk about over filtation and good bio filtration. I would like to here some opinions about what people think are the best bio filter media. I am running bio balls at the moment but was wondering if using matrix or some of the other filter brand media would be better.

Does anyone have any expereince breeding these shrimp as I have a few and would like to try and breed them. The only thing I have found on breeding them is you need salt water to keep the larva alive for more than 2 weeks. Thanks for any help. Lyle
