The moss has a nice soft texture to it and looks great. The foreground I agree with that it looks to thin yet but will look great when it fills in. Great job.

Is 39 watts x4 hot5 light compare to 4x 96 watt cf is it the same less or more? I know the wpg rule and have read some discussions about intensity differences. Are there any pro's or con's to the hot5 compared to the cf?

Tank looks simple and nice. I'm guessing you have a gal tank. if so the swords will get to big but for the moment looks ok.

Update. I have cut back light to 4x 96watt cf, flow cosists of rena xp4 2 hydor 2's (1 230 gph and 1 300 gph pumps for co2). I upped fert dosing to 3 tsp nitrates, 3/8 tsp phosphates, 3/4 tsp potassium, and 3/8 tsp plantex. I just finished a 3 day black out which went pretty well as I did it...

I think this is a good idea. Right now I am asking for this kind of honesty in my journal and can't seem to get any. As a forum or sub forum would be great.

JDowns and Orlando thank you for your comments. No one else, would love to hear other peoples comments as if it were their tank things you would do differently.As I feel it will help me with plant placement and hard scape arrangement.

akmal I started with 6 and now have 8. They seem to breed oruond the times I have shut off the co2 for a few days. I didn't try to breed them just noticed a baby swimming around on day. Thanks for the link. Good luck and let me know if you succeed.
