Default L/min(LPM)-Bar Relation

L/min(LPM)-Bar Relation
I did not see any article in any forum which explains L/min(LPM)//Bar relation.By having required measurements on photo of a regulator I determined some values.Even though my calculations are not accurate,I believe they are quite close to actual numbers.I think it will give an idea on a gauge indicator which measures CO2 fluidity in means of L/min(LPM) or CFH.

Regards

İlaymir

Note: 1 CFH=0.472 LPM

1 Bar = 14.5 psi

L/min

(LPM)/B a r

_________
2 = 0.50
3 ~ 0.75
4 ~ 0.9 - 1.0
5 ~ 1.6
6 ~ 1.8
7 = 2.0
8 = 2.5
9 ~ 2.75
10 = 3.0
11 = 3.5
12 ~ 3.90 - 4.0
13 ~ 4.10
14 = 4.5
15 = 5.0
16 ~ 5.25 - 5.30
17 ~ 5.75
18 = 6.0
19 = 6.5
20 ~ 6.90
21 ~ 7.25
22 ~ 7.60
23 = 8.0
24 ~ 8.4 - 8.5
25 ~ 8.90
26 ~ 9.25
27 ~ 9.5 - 9.60
28 = 10

You cant use any simple formula to calculate pressure for any pump determined by its flow.
You need to have numbers of parameters along to calculate it... Not anything you can do without testing it in a testbench. Tube diameters, viscosity on the liquid (dependent on saltconc. and temp) friction, turns, height ect ect. Also every pump has different Q/P diagrams - some perform good under low pressure, but drops dramaticly if pressure is increased. Others have a more stable flow.

Q/P diagrams is a diagram of the flow for the pump under different pressure.

I worked with liquid cooling for some years, also dertermining Q/P diagrams of different pumps.

You are like a student who gives irrelevant answers just because did not understand what the question is.
Here is the photo that I am talking about.

This product is produced under the license of world famous German company "WIKA" at international quality standarts and getting exported to many other countries.
I tried to figure out and explain the values on the left gauge.What is the point here that you are questioning about?Is this firm producing an inaccurate product?
What does the things you told in your post have to do with what I am saying?

Regards

That convertion works for that gauge, and that gauge only. Simple as that.

For waterpumps, any Q/P is for that pump, and that pump only. As i mentiononed.

So your conversion table cannot be used for anything unless you have that specific gauge.
