Default Lights Requirement

How much light do i need if i want my 7g tank set to the high light one ?

"High" being 3.5-4 watts per gallon, you'd want 24 to 28 watts.

Yes you'll be able to grow pretty much anything with about 25-30 watts over a 7 gallon.

I have a 300 ltr tank with 3-4 TL Philips Daylight lamps x 36Watt. The lamps are connecting to the timer for 10 hours switching on.
Please advise whether it's good enough for my tank.
The plants are Riccia, Microsorum and Annubias var nana.

The riccia might have a difficult time growing, but the other two species will grow just fine.
