Wich sizes of tanks do you think is best for aquascaping?
Off course it depends on what kind off layout its for, but are there some good allround sizes? (I´m thinking on ADA tanks and the sizes they come in). Sorry for my poor english. ![]()

90/45/45 is really nice - I hope to get one of these sometime... I also like 60/30/36 which I currently have. I have seen 180/60/60 Iwagumi scape and it looks really impressive - I think the proportions are really good.

I like tanks that are twice as long as they are deep and width. For example:
90cm x 45cm x 45cm ADA 90P 36" x 18" x 18" Oceanic 50 gallon 24' x 12' x 12' standard 15 gallon Any tank you can cut in half and have to perfect cubes. |

I think the smaller the more manageable but bigger the more impressive as far as potential for 'grandness' but the expense becomes a drain on the pocket to maintain. [or rescape!]
I'd be split between the 90X45X45 and the 60X30X30 but preferring the 90 slightly more. I have a 5ft tank yet to mature after 2 years. ![]()

When you look througt the IAPLC there are a lot of 90x45x45 and 120x45x45
I would like a 90x45x45 as a high tech/fast grower tank, and a 180x120x60 with mosses and ferns only... Giant bathtub.

I like the extra 6 cm on the 60x30x36. With substrate sloping the extra height gives room for stemplants to grow better. It has always been the limit with the 30cm high.
