I finished 105 with this layout.

I am always surprised by the results every year. Some results just dont make any sense, George's layout is a perfect example of a rating that is completely ridiculous!! Personally, I think only the top 10-50 are really judged properly, the rest are sort of given the once over, so if your judge was having a bad few minutes, you might have a bunk review.

I received 289 for this layout last year...
Project Aquarium - Valley to the East - Planted Aquarium Gallery
...and frankly it still gets way more traffic and comments then the one that i submitted this year for a 105 rating.

Either way, we still enter and we still look forward to the results. Congrats to all those that entered.

Hi,

This year I didn't have luck with my scape... I know that it isn't new but I still had some hope to obtain something more... 93 for this scape.

Wow. This reminds me of and area right outside where i live. Rolling hills covered with tall grass constantly blowing in the wind. Beautiful.

Perhaps this PS issue should be kept in a seperate tread, so that the intent of this tread could be used to post pictures (PS'ed or not) from the IAPLC 2008.

I have moved all relevant post to this tread, that we will monitor carefully.

IAPLC photoshop issue.

Please - Use this tread to discuss the entries from the contest, and display the scapes.

Hello friends. I think that in order to win in ADA, it is necessary to be a Japanese(this is a joke). Here is my work that took 306's place in 2008 competition. To say trully i though that my work will take lower place, and I'm sutisfied with this result.
