Keeping plants (and algae) alive and some sort of arranged planted tanks for 5 years, aquascaping..........I'll let you know when I get there, LOL.

Previously I was more of a fish guy, I had a lot of different species.

Regards

Hi,

I'm a good algae farmer
Being a keen fishkeeper for +15 years, and always with plants... thinking on aquascaping for about 3 years.

Cheers,

Joe Faria

I have kept FW Fish and Plants for 18+ years (since I was 12). Went high-tech on a make or break decision to either throw it all away or do it right in Sept 2006, so just over 1.5 years now.

Looking back at the thousands of dollars I have blown recently, I feel compelled to blame my mother. Here is the tank that started my obsession in an undated photo of me and my mother's tank in the 70's:

ya, cute until you see the bills... what you are really seeing is a poor, young, impressionable mind being sucked into something he didn't fully understand... LOL... Well, I thought it was funny...

My mother has since give up on aquariums... me on the other hand, I am just planning my 3rd ADA setup
