Tracking Your Own Posts?

Is there way to keep track of your old posts? On some other forums it's listed under 'new posts;' i also looked under the 'quicklinks' tab and didn't find anything.

I usually just click on my own name and view my own profile, that has all your old posts/topics.

Yup that's exactly what I do too. Sometimes it helps to subscribe to your own threads like your journals. This way you can keep track of new comments and update it periodically.
