Hey guys, I'm brand new to aquascaping. I have a ten gallon tank that is going to be a Betta, neon tetra, and cory community tank. I know it's a small tank, but I can't afford anything big right now. I want a moderately to densely planted tank, but I don't know what substrate to use. I have gravel, but I dont know what or if I need to get any soil. I work at PetSmart, and we have some CaribSea FloraMax and we have a few different liquid fertilizers, but I have no idea what's the best to get. If anyone can suggest something from PetSmart, that'd mean I could get it with discount, but if our stuff isn't good, let me know what else I can get! Thanks!

Also, if you could suggest any plants for me. Simple, easy, hardy, but of course I want things that look good. Let me know!
