Default 7" cube nano

I've had this up for a few months and really like it. Very little attention is needed except weekly WC and Excel daily. I do allow the fish to fast for a couple days every now and then and it seems to keep everything happy also.

I have no idea what those tall-ish plants in the right rear corner are. Maybe someone can tell me. It started out as a small stem mixed into the HC I bought from the LFS. I noticed it was getting taller than the HC so I separated it and planted it in the corner. Then it just started spreading on it own.

It looks like hemianthus micranthemoids, it belongs to the same family with cuba which is hemianthus callitrihoids (spelling?!). Very nice result, I really like it. What's the name of the left corner's plant?

I think you are right. I have a 6" cube with the same lamp and the HC carpets a lot more across than upward. I am just too afraid to jinx it since it's been algae free from start.

no need more lamps, simpüly prune it, hc loves prunings and you need some, otherwise once the carpet got too thick the lower parts will rot away and hc start floating.

keep the lawn short

Where did you get that lamp? I'm setting up a 6" cube, and I don't want something huge and intrusive as a light. It seems that the light you have fits really well on that little cube!

Nevermind, I saw on TPT that the light was from the azoo kit. Can you replace the bulb? I don't know what kind it is.
